Striving to repurpose and reinvent the way I create, recycled materials are highlighted in the creation of projects. I gather my wood for furniture building from homes and farms that are disposing of their lumber and source fabrics, textiles and canvas from second hand shops or sustainable producers. My current project and case study are prints made from hemp paper; a material that closes the consumption loop by its biodegradable quality.

My hope is to inspire intention and purpose within our spaces so that we may find comfort and peace in our everyday environments. Through this, we may filter out the unnecessary and ground ourselves in the things that hold intrinsic value. I wish to offer a place of retreat.
